You need to properly configure permissions, they are defined in the component level and in content type configuration

in "Form& Content" i have set the "Permissions" for user group "public" and "process" to "allowed".

It still does not work.

You need to give public Create permission on the form

now i have set in the "site form" the group "public" for "create" to "allowed".

Still no change.

Today i checked all the settings you told me. I still get the login form. If i login, i get "You are not allowed to access this resource" on opening the search & list.

Can somebody please help me?

Not sure if anyone else had issues with this. But the solution is you need to give "Guest" Allowed to create as well as Public group.
