i have a server with PHP 5.2.13. I've installed SEBLOD 3.5.0 and then, BLANK PAGE! in front and in backoffice... I can't do anything now...
I've tried to add the "plg_cck_field_link.zip" so solve that but i don't know where to put files (i cant install it in backoffice becose of the blank page).
Can anyone help me please?

Chage your hostinf, php 5.2. is dangerous and absolete for a long time.
i cant change my PHP version.
How can i uninstall SEBLOD if i cant access to the backoffice?

Do you have PHP display errors on?
Also try and edit the Joomla configuration file for maximum error reporting, maybe that will help you find the source of the problem - it may just be one file that is causing a fatal error which you can rename.

Please follow these steps:
- extract pkg_seblod_3.5.0.zip
- open pkg_seblod_3.5.0 > extensions
- extract com_cck.zip
- open com_cck > admin > install > src > php5.2
- upload libraries folder to your remote FTP.
This will allow you to fix the issue and use SEBLOD with PHP 5.2
But yes, as Klas said.. we strongly suggest you to move your hosting to PHP 5.3+
