As said in title i would want a list column where i can display publish state like joomla.
So an icon that can change depending on state, and much better that would be clickable and change status on click !

In your Content Type, you can add the Article State field, then use a checkbox in the List & Search Type.
If you want an icon, you can use the JGrid plugin. You can see an example in the Feedback Manager:

That should allow to change color of button depending on publish status ...
I'm still wondering how to make this ...
I've seen there is custom attributes for each options but as usual there is no doc or tooltip so ican't figure how it works (and i made tests).
To be true Seblod continuously drain my motivation to use it more :(
Two more questions about your example :
- How do you set the text "Search in comments" in field Keywords ?
- How do you set the edit and delete buttons like this ?
To see how placeholder text is done click on small orange button at the bottom of the screen in the keywords field settings, it has
Custom Attributes
placeholder="J(Search in comments).."
To see edit and delete buttons go to the List tab of the Feedback manager and check its configurations and links that are made on them.

at the moment this are only icons showing state, not buttons. To make them buttons you would need to add some javascript ajax and php code
