I haved a litle problem with update to Seblod 2.2 in Joomla 2.5.1:

Fatal error: Class 'CCK_Field' not found in /home/storage/a/3d/f0/meubalaio/public_html/plugins/cck_field/sd_field_concat/sd_field_concat.php on line 226

It must be because this class has changed its name in Seblod to "JCckDevField."

SD Contcat doesn't work on Seblod 2.2.

You could test this


I adapt SD Concat, and add the possibility to add the article ID.

Hello Simon,

Is the new J2.5 version not compatible with J1.7.x? I installed it in preparation for upgrade to J2.5.1 and get an error saying the field cannot be found. Reinstalled the previous version and it works again.

No, it is not compatible with Joomla! 1.7.x < as the class names have changed completely. I will add a list of plugins for each version when I have time where people can select their version to download.

I'd like to know if it's possible to use it to "group" all values of a content type's field and put in a hidden position in my template.



That could be a way to use it as a "universal search module" for the articles, because it contains every values...
But I can't see any field if I put it in a search module, is that normal ?

I've made test, the value is stored in the database, but the table seems to bee too short, my ccK tags a cut.
After rewrite the end of it, it works (see attached images, the grey content is the resutl of concatenation of all bellow fields).







But , the field is still missing in the search form...

You most certainly can do that yes! You will not see the field in the search. I can and will change that, however, what you can do is this:

Place the SD Concat Field in your search tab
Set the live value to url > string > something_here

That way, you can set up the list results page with a custom form that posts the search value as a URL parameter of something_here so www.xxxx.com/search.html?something_here=xyz where "xyz" will be used as the search term on the field.

Make sense? Obviously something_here would be changed to a more logical term, like "search" or "condition" or whatever.

I've just change the limit of the field, because I want to get all value (even full text) to 10000 caracters, I hope that is doens't break the plugin...

It seems to work, for the moment.
