I have already use DataTable and the TableTools option (for a non Seblod project)!
Just what you need and so simple to use.

How to use it ? (I'm not a high level coder;-) )
I think you have to create a specific list template for using DataTable (see the doc)
Add TableTools for having the export toolbar
and... show off your sortable/filterable/exportable Datagrid to your friends (only the nerds one)
