Hello Support Team,

I'm writting you this message because I found this joomla component to be hard to use.

First of all, I don't see where I can read about "how to do that". If you have some documentation then please just post is somewhere. The video presentation is crude, there is nothing helpful there but only general info.

I'm fightining for a couple of days to understand how to create a category view to display the submited forms. The form I have created has some fields and the content of the submited form must be displayed somewhere. I have all the articles mapped on a category and I'm using Joomla default Article->Category List Layout to display all the submited forms (which are articles anyway).

I'm seeing the articles listed by the following default category view (columns)
# Article Title Author Hits

Now, the Article Title is actually the form submission time stamp which is not good. I want that Article Title to be ONE OF THE content items that is included in my form. Lets say I have a form which contains the following items:
1. Product Name
2. Product Type
3. Weight
4. Price

I want to show the "Product Name" item as the "Article Title" so that I don't have to displahy the timestamp of the article.

I tried to understand the concept of "CCK Templates". I don't understand anything because I don't have documentation.

Oh, yes , on the other hand, the order of content items in the form submited are not displayed in the same order on Article view. They are somehow displayed in random order like "Weight" then "Product Name" , etc. It is not the same order on display like it is when completing the form for submission. So, what's the solution to display the content items in the same way as they have been submited ?

All I want to do is just to create a form to submit new products (I did this with content items) then display these products in Category view or just ANY OTHER way for visitors to see them and then post comments and vote on them. I found it pretty hard to do this.

Ultimetly, I will need a customer support phone number so I can call you to discuss and guide me to finish this. I've read many forum posts and you reply out of subject. You don't understand very well what people ask so maybe on the phone call we can nail down lots of issues.

I purchased your application and I want to use it. I'm running out of time as I have to get my solution done last week so please help me to solve this by tomorow (Monday). Otherwise, I will need to cancel my subscription and get the money back.

Please post the documentation on your website so that all the people can read it and solve their problems.

Thank you,
Dinu

I agree with zdinu about the documentation. If there is any, please be so kind to publish it on the website. jSeblod is quite comprehensive and complicated to get the hang of, which is quite difficult without documentation.

Hi zdinu, hi pjdevries,

Yes a first documentation is coming for today. It will be a How To documentation which will let you know the basics of jSeblod CCK.

Please be patient, in a few hours you will be able to read it.

Hi zdinu, hi pjdevries,

Here is the jSeblod CCK - How To documentation. Please find a PDF version in attachment. Tomorrow it will be included into the jSeblod CCK component.

zdinu, i am sorry but for the moment there isn't any support by phone call.
I hope the documentation will be helpfull and you will manage your solution.
If you encounter other difficulties or problems, please post on the forum and you will get an answer like today.

The fact that submitted Fields are not displayed in the same order on Article view in the Basic Site Display is actually true. Tomorrow we will upload an update of the component to correct this issue. (with Content Templates there isn't this problem)

Regards.
