This is a Joomla question (not jseblod cck). Why don't you search in joomla forum or google. I guess you just need to modify some language file.

No Joomla question!

Go to User Content Type, localize User Email field, select this and click "Edit Field". Now click in "Edit" (User Construction Email) and after click in button of Message, the editor is showed in lightbox. Edit this text.
