Do you need help finishing that up?
I need the Arabic translation for a project I am working on. However, I don't want to start from scratch and I - like you - really do not have the time to spend on that. I think I can help if you want to guide us and see what we can get you.
Let me know.

Thanks

I am working for Arabic Files that works for joomla 1.6
I thing the real start for CCK will come with the release of CCk 2.0.
If you wish I may send you all files just after CCk 2.0 release.
Thank you again.

Okay.

Till then, I have to figure out this issue.
I was able to replace/ translate most labels in the form except the Work E-mail and "Verify Password".
Do you have any idea, where I can go and replace those two instances? Is it in the language file (language>en-GB) ?

Hello.

In my Arabic CCK registration form, I have couple words still in English.
I went to the language folder of Joomla, and copied the CCK *.ini files, renamed them and posted them in the Arabic language>ar-EG-zzzz.ini
I replaced/ translated most of the words that show up to the users. However, I am not sure where to replace The following:

- Male / Female
- E-mail
- All the success and validation messages.

Can anybody help?

Thanks

Hi,
Yeahhhhhhh we should celebrate. After day 10, I was able to find where to replace the options ( Female / Male ) instances to arabic.

They are in the Gender field.

I went to the Content Type manager,
Went to my registration content type that I had created.
Went to the siteform tab and edited on the "Gender" field. Yeahhh.

Let me know if this wasn't clear, I will probably be able to upload an screen show of where that is. BUT I am not able to find where to change the work E-mail to Arabic. Maybe in a few days or months I will figure that out and post it here. Or, ideally a moderator will come and say Hi, Hello, ( per the forum rules) than tell us how to do that... and end his or her email by Good night and Thank you you never know miracles can happen these days...

Hello "karimlo"..
That's why i am waiting for version 2.0...
Any way... try translating fields you create, also don't forget to translate the parameters too.
Good luck..

Hi,
Do you know where to modify the E-mail instance? I cannot find where to replace the word e-mail to Arabic.

Thanks
