Im using SEBLOD 2.3.9 and SD Field Concat 2.0

I’m trying to create custom aliases so they will be unique using the title plus the date and time.
The Aliases are coming out fine but the title are all messed up, see pics below, any ideas why it is changing the titles too?

Hi JoPaMi,

You must store titles in the same way as you are storing aliases, note this is:

Standard - Article - Title and not Custom - Article - Title

OMG, thank you so much for the response, I would have probably found it eventually, I dont know how that got changed. Ive been killing myself trying to figure it out.

Im retarded, thanks again. That escort site looks awesome btw. I am working on a template now that I got the site working correctly.

I want people to be able to easily post reviews of escorts from classified ads, in my area, and it has been more difficult than I originally thought. And I am a vet in these CMS's.

Hi all, hi will,

If you want to search with one field, you'll have to concatenate the value of the two wish fields :

Field name Value Type
Art_title My article title Text
Art_tags My tag 1, my tag, my tag 3 Text, radio what you want
Art_concat_for_search My article title My tag 1, my tag, my tag 3 SD concat field


And in your search type, use the Art_concat_for_search field, it'll have both the value and can rednre the good result.

I use this plugin and it's very fantastic, but when I use it for create an article title composed, it doesn't work. The title of the article is always the automatic one (es: 2012-10-28-16-38-57). I don't understand where I made a mistake... someone can help me?

Yes, but the result is the same.
But today, when I try to save new articles, the title works! I don't understand why today yes and yestarday no, but... problem solved!

Hello,
I want to use the concat plugin to copy a date (a datetime field) located in a table to another table.
I can not do this. The field datetime type must receive the date the plugin concat is filled with zeros:
0000-00-00
0:00:00

We can duplicate a datetime field type with plugin concat?

Hi Seb,

I think if the db has a field type datetime, you must ensure the values of your calendar seblod field are passed exact like datetime format are supported on db. Something like "00-00-00 00:00:00" then use SD field concat to pass it.

Second table : `date_debut` datetime NOT NULL,

Format date of SD Field Concat : Y-m-d H:i:s
It seems to me that this is right, but I'm no expert .

Format date of SD Field Concat : Y-m-d H:i:s it's ok!
But Format of my origine field date : d F Y H:i It's wasn't ok!

I have the same problem: after looking through the code it seems SD Concat only works with the dynamic field in 'Construction' mode and not in 'Free', additionally it doesn't seem to work with the multiselect option either. A start on a fix for Free mode could be this (slightly dirty, I know... also, this is just one change, a similar change needs to be made in several places in sd_field_concat.php. This is for selecting the text, for selecting the value replace 'SELECT $1 FROM' with 'SELECT $2 FROM'):

if ($fieldOpt2['query'] > '') {

This is a quick fix and assumes the order in which you select text and value is text, then value. It needs to be robustified.

A solution for multiselect is probably more work...
