Bug in Seblod Exporter 4.0

Hello,

When creating a csv file with exporter, apostrophe ’ is not escaped, or encoded or replaced by apostrophe ', so later import from this csv file don't work if a content have apostrophe ’ in  field. Probably create problem in the sql request.

In fact, it seems to be a problem of encodage.

œ make also problem.

For import with Seblod Importer, just don't use UTF8 forced and it's work.
