I created a Simple Select. I enter (in Options) 138 Options... More - does not save ... Someone faced the such? Because of what this could be?

Hi,
Ensure that your max_input_vars is set to 3000. If you are unsure how to do this ask your hosting provider.
This is often a reason for items not saving properly.
