It should be simple but I don't know how I can retrieve the IP of the user who is filling the form

Hi,

you would need to use one of the events in the code pack, e.g beforeStore and then change field value using code like this

just make sure it is properly sanitized before it is sent to the storage, users can manipulate this values.
