Hi Forum,

Is it possible to save the inputted entries on the frontend of a contact form? If so, how would I go about doing so?

So basically when I add info into that contact form on the frontend then the session should sort of save the inserted info and if I refresh the page while still busy with the form then the inserted info should still be inputted.

I'm not sure how to phrase what I am trying to explain but is there any documentation on this topic? I searched quite a few areas of Seblod's documentation, but no luck just yet.

Thanks,

Dale

Hi Dale,

you wont find any thing on this kind of feature on SEBLOD documentation.

When do you need the form to be stored in the session ?

a javascript timeout which save data in the session by ajax ?

Best regards.

Hi Lionel,

Thanks for the reply, I really need it implemented as soon as possible.

How should I go about implementing this? Is there no option within Seblod?

I thought it was maybe the storage options at the bottom of the fields but it's a bit strange to understand what those options are being used for.

Thanks,

Dale

Hi Dale,

It's something totally custom that cant be developed here.

It's something which need to be thinked and will not be done in five minutes.

So I advise that if you really need this feature, be free to contact Octopoos for an expertise.

Best regads.
