Hello,

I'm pretty new to Seblod - loving it so far.

I spent today putting together a fairly large and complex set of content types. A bunch of them are for group Xs in the main content type.

I went to start testing my admin form and whenever I save, I get this message:

Another category with the same parent category has the same alias.

The item still Saves all the data I have entered - but I don't know where to begin with stopping this error, or if it has any significant detrimental effect on the rest of the form.

Seblod 3.7.2 Joomla Joomla! 3.4.8

Searching Google and these forums didn't really shade any light on the subject. Can anyone give me any pointers?

Thanks!

Problem is that with category fields (categry created etc)in your form you are creating a new category when form is submited. You can't mix fields from different content types and objects, they should be all from same content type and object, normally this are article xxxx fields and new fields you create for your content type

Hi Klas,

Thanks for the reply, and pointing me in the right direction.

I stupidly had "Category Created, Category Created By, Category Modified and Category Modified By" instead of their article variations.

Sorry for the dimwit question - still learning!

Thanks again.
