Hi all

I'm trying, in Form, in field Calendar, in Custom Attributes, enter this: placeholder="J(MY_LANG_VAR)", but on the Front-end, in the field Calendar, appears only these: J(MY_LANG_VAR) and not what is written in the languagev ariable...

JText in Seblod settings - enabled

Field Calendar - does not support Placeholder?

Thank you in advance for your answers!

Hi,

it is a bug, I made a pull request to fix this. Would be good if you can test.

Hi All!

After several years, I try to bring out the placeholder again, for this I try to enter this in the Custom Attributes:

placeholder = "J (MY_LANG_VAR)"

Does not help. Placeholder is not displayed at all ...

If I try to write this in the Script (JS):

$("#user_birthdate").attr("placeholder", Joomla.JText._('USER_BIRTHDATE'));

then the placeholder is also not displayed ... More precisely, it is only displayed like this:

Is there any solution how to put a placeholder in the Calendar field?

Thank you in advance for the answers!

P. S.
It's about this field.
