Hi,
When I configure CCK parent ID as a variable it saves ok. Yet after I save the 'form and content type' and I re-open the configuration of CCK parent ID, it doesn't recall what I set it to (Int and id). Did this ever occur to you too?
This is annoying as I cannot get my comment system te work ..

Hi,
Could you check with the latest version of Seblod (And Joomla!) ?
Have you tried to delete/re-create the field ? What kind of field is it ?

Hi Olivier,
The problem was about the CCK parent ID field with position (2) to set the variables. The problem is completly solved now with J3.2.1 and Seblod 3.2: I renamed a text field to activ_parent_id and stored it to "standard>article>activ_parent_id" -- Through option (2) in form/content type I set the variables to "int and id" and it works like a charm. In fact, I'm applying the 'comment system' to other uses like at the bottem of this page. (note: The domain is just for development purposes of the official website running with J1.5 and I haven't set any css & co yet. Nor have I implemented all kinds of Seblod content types to certain sections ... exept for here where Seblod does a terrific job of racing though 1800+ records -> put for example jaar=1986 and then Title=kerk .. and say wow for the speed!!)
Thank you for your concern! By the way, I'm happy like a child in a bathtub full of bubbles. Since this afternoon I'm also learning to use the Warp framework (like here) instead of Gantry to render a fully responsive website on steroids.
