Hello everybody,
I've updated my Seblod site from 3.8.4 to 3.9.1 (I've also updated Joomla! to 3.6.2).
Some of my front-end forms are using Upload file field.
Before the update I could download the file from the backend.
But now, in the backend, when I'm clicking a file link, I'm redirected to the Homepage of Joomla! backend and there is a message saying 'You are not allowed to access this file.'
Do I need to change some parameters?

please post more infomation about form and field access settings, and a screenshot of download field configuration. Upgrade should not change access rights.

I can't replicate this on my installation so it must be something on your setup.
Acceess rights for download depends on vielevel set in the content type and on possible vielewel set on the field in the content view. As also download of apps does not work I would assume that you somehow either changed groups set in the viewlevel that is used, or you removed user from some group, in case of apps download this would be special or superuser vielewels required that you can see admin pages.
