Yes, you can use conditionals in the Site Form (option #5). 

States: is Filled By | name_of_field_to_copy_to

Triggers: Name_of_field_to_copy | is Change

When you build calculations, you may need to use an extra field for calculation process.

Use the Computation: Custom | Free |

The fields that you add are "assigned" an alpha numeric variable.  In the computation, you create your formula referencing the variables.

So you can format a variable by adding only one field.
