hi, option values in checkbox can be set to vertical instead of horizontal, but that works only in form, in content view options are displayed horizontally independent of this setting.
If confirmed, I will open an issue on github

In content it depends on the template css/html how they are shown, you can alter this yourself using css or/and typographies, tempalte override etc.

I use default seb_one and thought in this default template this setting would be respected. So it is not the case and content view must be "shaped" to reflect this setting by design?

In the content view is checkbox rendered as simple text string with values + separator, basically without any html. Vertical/horizontal applies only to form.
