Dear,
The cascade is not working as the example of the field.
I have only 2 tables.
Like the region and cities.
So I'm making the region Behavior start field
And the cities with the Behavior field end
But cities do not appear on the front end, only the back-end ...
I will attach pictures with examples, but is en-Brazil
I'm working with free tables

If it is working on backend then you probably have some JavaScript errors on the fron, it need page without js errors to work as any error breaks JavaScript execution.
