Send mail to specific user group?

Hi!

How do I send emails to a specific user group? 

Every article created I want to send a warning e-mail, for all of a group. 

Has anyone done this? I need to create a field?

Another way would be to use afterStore event and set recepients there or use sql field to query for users (and their emails) from specific group
