Computation Rules 5 - accent Bug ?

Hi guys, 

Joomla 3.8.2 + Seblod 3.15.0 on PHP 7.1.9

I set the Computation Rule (5) for my "User Name" field like:

Computation: Concatenate

Fields: user_first_name

Format / Precision: Auto

Rule: Global Trigger

Event: Change


All is going well and the "User Name" is filled correctly, but when the user_first_name finish with accent the last letter is not input, so, for example:

user_first_name: Rene = "User Name": Rene

user_first_name: René = "User Name": Ren


Please, can you reproduce it and confirm the "bug" ?

If you use utf8 encoding on our pages it should work, otherwise I would say it is a browser javascript bug.
