display tab

Hi.
I have to solve a problem.
I displayed some fields(text-field) in tab mode but i have to hide its tab when the field is empty.
Example: In the image there are details and options field tab, sometimes options field is empty and i don't want display it.


Help me!!!

It appears that this is a bug and is reported in the Tracker.
