I have Form that loads in seblod module.
I really need to all that module be like drop-down accordion.
I have install plugin Moo Accordion and don't know how to make entire module to be accordion, or any other method I can use to do this?
Can anyone help me to setting this up?

if each field needs to be an accordion then you have to do in seblod form with free text and/or div fields.
If accordion reveals the entire form then do layout override for module, and select the layout for the module each time you want it i.e. the accordion.
And you can quickly create files for template/html in joomla back end
