Hello !
I've created a form to create new categories in frontoffice. it works well, but do you know how to modify this categories in frontoffice ? I don't see how to make a button "modify" appear to change the name or the description of the category.

Are you saying the user in question can create new categories, but cannot modify them? I'd imagine it's a permissions issue, then. Please check that the desired user group has "edit" or "edit own" permissions, and unfortunately you may need to do so in multiple places, including:
- global Joomla permissions
- content type "Category" permissions
- permissions for articles in the Article Manager
