OK, I updated my SD Concat plugin and Seblod to v3.12.2 and joomla 3.7.4, but I am still not getting emails sent. The Email field used to refer to the concat var created, e.g. #email_concat#, so I removed any reference to the concat fields.
But still my form will NOT send the email.... hmmm.
Any ideas? Definitely cleared cache, used other browsers to test, nada

The fact that email field is not sent at all indicates it is configured incorrectly - joomla became much more strict about sending emails in recent versions e.g. from and to addresses need to be different, there needs to be at least one address in To etc.
