hay i'm using seb_map template in my website where user can search for property. everything going well but i'm little wondering if the template could zoom itself to a location typed by user in the address to coordinate field of search form.? is there any possibility for that. it will also good if seb_map get user current location and zoom itself to that position.

There is no such feature in seb maps, you will need to add code like this http://salman-w.blogspot.si/2011/03/zoom-to-fit-all-markers-on-google-map.html yourself (you can search google for more solutions)
