Bug in 'Download this APP'

Hi, folks!

Found bug in windows WAMP:

Joomla 3.6.5
Seblod 3.10.0

If download any APP display error massage:
You are not allowed to access this file.

Tested mirror site Joomla 3.6.2 and Seblod 3.10.0 — all good work!

So... It;s not Seblod bug!

After backup with Akeeba Backup go to configuration.php and replace path:

	W:/domains/demo.com/logs
	W:/domains/demo.com/tmp

to

	W:\\domains\\demo.com/logs
	W:\\domains\\demo.com/tmp

This only for Windows WAMP (example: https://ospanel.io/ and etc.).
