Hello,
I'm very new on seblod, and not very good at coding, let's say I'm a rookie ! That's maybe a part of my issue.
I was comparing solutions to have a little calculation form, so I setted a simple addition in my wamp, field_a + field_b =result nothing more.
This is not working on the T3_blank template, and working with every other template .
I have the very last version of seblod in Joomla! 2.5 updated as well, downloaded a week ago, I use the option 5 to calculate, didn't touch any code.
So if someone have a clue for me I'll take it gratefully, and if there's no solution for that maybe there's another responsive template working with seblod calculation.

Hi JJL,
Welcome to the SEBLOD forums.
Yes, you want to use the option 5 to set up the calculation. To use the Calculation Field, select your Total (or Answer) Field, in which you want to define your calculation rules on.
For your simple a+b example:
You need 3 fields. Field_a, Field_b, and Answer.
Select the Answer Field, and then select option 5. Set the Computation rules (sum) in this case. Below the Computation rules, is the fields section where you select your fields.
So your fields would look like this:
Field_a -> is a
Field_b -> is b
If you need a more complicated calculations you can set the Computation to Custom -Free. Then you can add your formula for example: a + b + c * d / e
then the select the fields in order a through e in the Fields section.
Field_a -> is a
Field_b -> is b
Field_c -> is c
Field_d -> is d
Field_e -> is e

Hello Randy, first I thank you for a so quick answer.
But, this is not a problem in the use of the option. I did it well, because it's working with a template like beez.
The problem is that it's specifically not working with T3_blank and T3_bs3_blank template maybe an issue with the T3 Framework that was my question.

Hi JJL,
I use T3V2 with Joomla 2.5. Calculation rules work, but when fields is hidden, calculation rules isn't work. It's the same for you?

Hi Seb,
I use the same: t3v2 and j 2.5.19. Computation is not working at all with any value or display option. field result just not displaying nothing.
