Hi there.
I just tried to install SEBLOD from the directory installer on my localhost. It fails with this error:
Table 'j3.xxx_cck_core_fields' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT id FROM xxx_cck_core_fields WHERE id >= 500 AND id < 5000
Anybody know what's going on here?
Don't know if I searched correctly, but I can't find anything related to this.
Thanks for your help.

Hi kalemanzi,

Welcome to the SEBLOD forums.

Check to make sure that your system requirements are met and proper PHP settings:
max_file_uploads = 50
max_input_vars = 3000

Try downloading again and reinstalling.  Perhaps something went wrong with the download.  I am assuming that Joomla is a fresh install?

Let us know,

Thanks,

Randy

Hi
Did a fresh install in a new folder and installed from zip file. Problem solved. Not sure why this happened.
I did have one other component installed in the problem site, but can't see how it's related, even though my logic tells me that it must be that additional component that somehow caused the issue because the rest of the site is a vanilla install of Joomla.
(Extra component was blank hallo world component with only a single front page view, so I can't see how this would impact the installation of SEBLOD.)

All good now.
SEBLOD is a very useful component. I am just starting to scratch the surface.

Hi kalemanzi,

Glad its working and that you are finding SEBLOD useful!  A good place to start is understanding the storage.  In case you havent done so, the Manuals are also helpful.

Thanks for keeping us posted.
