Hello
Concerning groups and ACLs : After creating a new site, is it normal that the administrator have checked all groups (see my attachment)

Hi G.Bob,
In fact there is a better way for the same result.
Just select the group wich match with the ACL.
Then in your ACL, select "Inherited" than "Autorised".
If it doesn't work, don't hesitate to come back with questions.
