how is this popup made? Did you assign module or whatever this is to all languages?

Thanks to the quick response Klas, the popup is part of the Seblod template under Articles -> Article Type (Popup) and you assign the page or menu you want the slide popup to appear

then create popup in german and assign it to your german homepage.

Its already there , that's why l am asking if there is anyone who has faced such a problem in short all pages in Germany the popup doesn't show

as soon as the URL has a /de/ the popup won't show  but all URLs without the /de/ the popup do show

I still don't see where did you get Popup? This is not a part of any seblod extension I can find. If it comes as a feature of your Joomla template you should ask at template makers support.

hi Klas the popup comes when you create  a new article and you select type popup 

Button new lsists available content types - this means either you or someone else has created this content type, it is not one of deafult seblod content types. You should contact the person who created this.
