I'm new in Seblod
so far I couldn't find a way to set the Language from english to german completely
The standard items appearing in german, only Seblod one's remain in english
I've already installec the translation file "de-DE_seblod2.zip"
What to do next?

If you mean label translation then you need to activate it in language tab of the configuration options. Seblod itself is also made with seblod fields so you need to activate it
you will also need a seblod transaltion - http://translations.joomlapt.com/languagepacks/seblodcck

got it, all seems to be ok.
On Seblod site I have had found resources/translation. At that link "https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/SeblodCCK/" I did not find a possibility to download any language pack

Click on "German"
Scroll down the page
Click on "Download now"
Install the package as any other package in Joomla!
