I want to create a site or each member has his personal space, where he can view information relating only to him
if seblod can do this
please please tell how should i proceed or if i need plugin tell me what plugin, and how use it

Yes SEBLOD can do that well.
To begin with SEBLOD User management, I advise you to begin by checking documentations and videos below in relation with SEBLOD user.
